Our Erasmus+ coordinator carried out a Job Shadowing mobility at Agrupamento de Escolas Aqua Alba, Agualva (Portugal) between March 27th and March 31st, getting to know the way the hosting organisation fosters social inclusion among children coming from more than 52 different countries.
It was an amazing experience, where he had the chance to exchange methodologies based on social interactions, ICT implementation, sports, class activities and cultural awareness.
It was a pleasure and honour to work side by side with such committed teachers.
The representatives of both education centres are willing to continue their collaboration by involving students in Erasmus+ mobilities and contribute even further to the inclusion of disadvantaged social groups.
